What to Expect
Starting counselling can feel like a big step. Here is the simple 3-step process to help you begin your healing journey.
The Initial Call
Reach out via phone to discuss your needs and schedule a time that works for you. We value your privacy from the very first hello.
The First Session
A private, 1-hour conversation in our calm Coimbatore clinic. This is a safe space to share your story without judgment.
The Path Forward
Together, we will outline a plan for your emotional well-being and decide on the frequency of future visits based on your progress.
Important Notes
- Appointments only. Walk-ins are not encouraged.
- There is no Minimum or Maximum session duration.
- We prioritize your healing over the clock. Consultations are focused on your progress, ensuring you never feel rushed during your session.
- Phone counselling is available in selected cases by prior agreement.
Safety & Limitations
Peace of Mind provides outpatient counselling for non-violent mental health concerns only.
We do not accept individuals who are currently physically violent or pose an immediate risk to others. Such cases will be referred to emergency or inpatient mental health services.
